Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only collect the information you enter in our forms or send us yourself:

• Company form ("Your hiring need"): name, work email, company, profile needed, seniority, timeline and any context you add.
• Lab booking form (candidates): first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number, status, level and domains of interest.
• Email or WhatsApp exchanges: the content of your messages.

The site itself collects no browsing data: no cookies, no audience measurement (see Cookies). Only the hosting provider keeps technical logs (see section 5).

3. Why we use it

• to answer your hiring request and get back to you about it;
• to organise the lab you book and get back to you about it.

Your information is used for these purposes only. It is not used for profiling or automated decision-making. [To confirm: legal basis for this processing, e.g. your consent when you send the form]

4. How it reaches us

• Through WhatsApp: when you submit a form, the site opens WhatsApp with your request pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you send the message. It is then carried by WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service, which applies its own privacy policy.

5. Who has access

Your information is available to the Dev4Caustaza team. The technical providers involved are:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), for messages you send through WhatsApp;
• GitHub (GitHub, Inc.), which hosts the site and, for security purposes, logs technical connection data such as visitors' IP addresses;

6. Transfers outside Tunisia

7. Retention period

8. Your rights

Under Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you can access your data, have it corrected or erased, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@dev4caustaza.com. You can also contact the Instance nationale de protection des données personnelles (INPDP), Tunisia's data protection authority. 9. Cookies

dev4caustaza.com uses no cookies, no audience measurement and no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so displaying a page calls no third-party service. That is why no consent banner appears.

Links to WhatsApp or to the sujets.subul.uk catalogue lead to services that apply their own rules. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
